Each Benefit of Offline and Online Study

When people want to start out their career as professional personal trainer, they should take the personal trainer courses or other related education background. The educational skills and knowledge will provide them with enough ‘ammo’ to deal with their work. There’re basically two ways where they can study how to become good trainer.

They can always join the regular offline classes where they will learn about everything. They can learn about theoretical basics as well as physical practice. However, one main flaw about this method is that the schedule is quite fixed and strict. People with busy schedule will have hard time adjusting and changing their own schedule. Moreover, this method can be quite costly, sometimes.

On the other hand, people can also join in online classes. They will get the same learning and study. They can get comprehensive theoretical knowledge. However, they may have quite difficult times when they have to deal with physical practice as it’s quite impossible through online system. Nevertheless, this method is often inexpensive and has lower price range. Another good thing about it is that this online system has more flexible time schedule. People with busy and hectic daily schedule won’t have any problem with this studying method.

Clear Computer History

Many PC users believe that if they clear their computer history and close their browser, the trails of whatever sites they have surfed will disappear forever. However, this is not always true. In fact, a lot of such information stays back on the hard-drives. Unless we know the exact location where such information lay hidden, they could stay in the system and may act as a potential threat to our privacy by disclosing the browsing habits. Just imagine what will happen if your spouse, boss, kids or a friend becomes curious to know what you have been doing online, the websites that you have visited, the music that you have listened to or the movies that you have watched. It will not be hard for all these people to use some software or dig out the required information manually from your PC.

To protect your online browsing habits from falling into the wrong hands or to prevent your privacy from being compromised, you should clear computer history. If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, you can view your browsing history by selecting \”Tools\” menu followed by choosing the tab marked \”Internet Options\”. Next, click the button labeled \”Settings\” and click the \”View Files\” button after that.

Web surfers using Microsoft Internet Explorer can clear computer history by following these steps:

Mozilla Firefox users can clear computer history by clicking in succession the following: \”Tools\” menu, \”Options\” tab, the \”Privacy\” button, and then click the \”Clear Now\” or \”Clear\” button listed under \”History\” tab. Alternatively, these users can also press three keys marked Ctrl, Shift and Delete so that the Clear Data Window opens. From there, they can check the relevant boxes to clear some specific browsing history or delete the saved Internet history totally.

For Netscape users, history files can be deleted by clicking the menu marked \”Edit\” and then selecting \”Preferences\”, \”History\”, and finally clicking the \”Clear History\” button.

Opera users can clear computer history by clicking the \”File\” menu at first and then selecting \”Preferences\” and \”History\” in succession. After that, the button marked \”Empty now\” should be clicked. In addition to this, Opera users can also check \”Empty on exit\” if they want their browsing history to be deleted every time they exit their browser.

How to Clear Internet History

Your browser saves browsing histories and stores quite a few temporary files on your computerâ??s hard drive as you surf the Internet. You should clear your Internet history after each browsing session to safeguard your privacy as well as your Internet browsing habits.

Before we start talking about how to clear Internet history from your computer, you would do well to know about browsing histories and temporary files in brief. Browsing histories are the tracks of those web pages where you have landed during your online session. Temporary files on the other hand consist of cache files.

Though no harm will be done if you donâ??t clear Internet history, these browsing histories as well as temporary files will make it easy for anyone using the same computer to access your browsing history and know what sites you have visited during your browsing session. Moreover, these browsing histories and files occupy a reasonable amount of space on your computerâ??s drive. So, it is better to clear Internet history.

If you are wondering how to clear Internet history, the following steps will guide you:

For Internet Explorer:

After selecting â??Internet Optionsâ? from the Tools menu, click on the â??Generalâ? tab. You will find that a window marked Internet Options opens up. If you want to clear cached files, choose the Browsing sectionâ??s â??Deleteâ? button. A window will appear where you will come across quite a few sections like Form Data, Cookies, Temporary Internet Files, Passwords and History. To erase selected files, search for the corresponding buttons in this section and click on them. However, to clear your Internet history entirely by means of a single click, click the â??Clear Historyâ? or â??Delete Allâ? key. You will find this key at the lower segment of your browser window.

For Firefox:

Clearing your Internet history is a walkover if you use Mozilla Firefox. To begin with, click â??Toolsâ? to find a drop down box from where you have to select the tab marked â??Clear Private Dataâ?. The window that opens next will have different sections that are named as Search History, Cookies, Saved Passwords, Browsing History and Saved Form. Check the matching boxes from this part for deleting selected items. On the other hand, if you desire to clear your entire Internet history, click the button having â??Clear Private Data Nowâ? written on it.

For AOL (America Online):

Trace the â??Settingsâ? button at first. You will find this button on the top segment of your AOL browser window. Once you find it, click on it and then select the button marked â??Preferencesâ?. Your next step is to choose â??toolbar and sounds” tab and click the â??clear history trail nowâ? button to clear your Internet history.

Apart from the steps that are talked about till now, you also need to erase third party applications (if any) from your computer. If you donâ??t do this, your job will remain half done as the passwords, text, images and other sensitive statistics stored by these applications in your computerâ??s hard drive will allow anyone to know what your browsing habits are. You can clear such third party applications by using some software as it is not an easy task to locate and erase these files by hand.
